The Song of Deteen

Pirates, appearing from an ocean the people are too afraid to name, have hemmed in the southern shores with no word as to why. With his father becoming more embroiled in the national crisis every day, Mark is left with more questions that have no answers. Even the solace he finds with his new friend, Rose, is tempered when he realizes how deeply the shadows have already touched her life.
