The Vale

Drake Sharazi, disgraced former captain of the Royal Guard, has spent the past seven years chasing fugitives as a hawker. He has never failed to complete an assignment, and this new runner will not be an exception. But being able to do a thing does not mean you should. Now he is forced to question the world around him as never before. 

The endgame draws near. Drake and Lenora must brave the unknown wilderness in order to help the Nelwyn throw down their foes - the Bomar. The survival of Vale hinges on success. One misstep and thousands will perish - slaughtered by the mad king, Salazar. Drake will soon hold the fate of three races in his hands. And when the moment arrives, he must possess the courage to do what is right. Not only for himself and for Vale...but for the entire world.   

The stage is set for the final stroke to be unleashed upon Vale. The survivors of the slaughter must now decide whether to fight on or abandon their home. Drake has not returned with Bomar weapons and soldiers leaving the chance for victory seemingly out of reach. A decision must be made. But Prince Salazar has no intention of leaving the choice with his enemies. He is determined to be the hand that guides the fate of humanity. If that means Vale should burn...so be it.
