One of my best times if not my actual best time ever for the race. Condotions were perfect. I have won it a couple times before. I felt strong today. My legs felt good and my form was perfect. Just felt so fluid. Lead from start to finish. Could have knocked a minute off. Took the inclines super easy. Actually never pushed hard whole race. Just one of those magical type running days.

Boston Marathon, Oil Creek 100k, Painted Toes

This was a very fun and interesting conversation with my friend Bethany. We go over the basics before diving into the two main races, then ending with her toe painting.

We talk about items such as how she got into running and why she runs. From there, we go on a journey that takes us from her first ever marathon to qualifying for the Boston Marathon, too running Boston, then her race lastest, which was the Oil Creek 100k.
