I ran 20 races in 2015. One of which wasy first ever overall win. My times were pretty consistent. Was training some back then but not much. I will was still in the infancy stages of running. I did start to like it back then, but did not fall in love with it yet. Did not have a running watch yet so was just using a timer on a Timex Expedition watch I had for everyday use.

Some of the races I could remember details from others I could not. Its nlt the most interesting video but as I get into 2016 the information gets better and more details will emerge.

I had an amazing conversation with two of the Race Directors Kristine and Meira. We talk about all things Rothrock including the new partnership with UTMB. I’ve ran Rothrock in the past, running both distances offered back then. I really did enjoy those races. So wanted to touch base and see what this new partnership brings.

Excited for Pennsylvania to host a UTMB event. It will bring an opportunity that we did not have before in this state and is only 1 of 2 states on the East Coast to have a event. All this while showcasing to the world what Pennsylvania trail running has to offer. This will bring in runners from all over the world. We have such a huge trail running community, this completes a full circle of offerings, by now allowing trail runners the ability to collect Stones to qualify for UTMB World Series Events.

Make no mistake the passion of those in charge and those volunteering will still be there. The technical terrain, fantastic views and sense of accomplishment will still be there.

We also dive into course information such as trail markings, what some sights are you will see, how rocky it is, some potential wildlife among other things.

There is a lot of information presented so you are not going to want to miss out on this conversation.

This is just a introduction to the Archives. Which is a album/playlist I'm creating talking about past races I've participated in before I started documenting them all.

My first race ever was way back in 2002. I started video documenting only 3 years ago. There is over 450 races to document and catch up on. Not all will talked about some will have some good stories, some wont. But I want to capture memories I have from as many as I can remember and give as much detail as possible.

This specific video goes into the idea for the album some history of me before I became a runner, some of the flashes of speed I shown before I ever trained to run and into my first few races.

Was a slow week. Took a couple days off from training. Weekend got go so didnt race or give anywhere.
