  • Robin Pod Weekly | The Big Dance!
    Feb 17 2026

This week on the Robin Pod, it’s a bumper edition — and possibly the biggest preview we’ve ever done.

The Robins are heading into what could be the biggest game this club has been involved in as they take on the reigning NRL Champions, the mighty Brisbane Broncos, in the World Club Challenge at a sold-out Craven Park. The world’s eyes are on East Hull — and we’re building up to it properly.

But before we get to the big dance, we look back at a painful Round One defeat to newly promoted York Knights. What went wrong? What needs fixing? And how quickly must Rovers respond?

Steve Till joins me for the first Robins Revisited of 2026 as we roll back the years, and then the Robin Pod heads down under as the lads behind Broncos Bulletin jump on to give us the Australian perspective ahead of the showdown.

We’ll also be announcing the winner of the Robin Pod Facebook competition, with the owner of Offside Outfitters joining me — and of course, we wrap it all up with your questions in Question Time.

Strap yourselves in. This is a big one.

And don't forget the Robin Pod is powered by Budget Tyres Autocentre, the only car specialist trusted by the players, club officials and supporters of Hull KR.

Welcome back to The Robin Pod, your go-to place for everything Hull Kingston Rovers!

On this week’s episode, we look back at a professional and emphatic Challenge Cup performance as the Robins got the job done against community club Lock Lane in the third round. It was a night that showed the respect the competition deserves — and we’ll pick out the key moments and performances.

We’ll also react to the fourth round draw, which has handed Rovers a trip to face the Huddersfield Giants. What does that tie look like, and how might Willie Peters approach it?

Attention then turns to the bread and butter, as we preview the Super League opener against York Knights. We’ll talk selection, key battles, and what a strong start could mean for the season ahead.

As always, we’ve got your Question Time contributions to get through — plenty of opinions, debates, and talking points from the Red and White faithful — plus all the latest news and chatter from around Hull KR.

  • Robin Pod Weekly | Back In Action!
    Feb 4 2026

Welcome along to this week’s Robin Pod Podcast, your home for all things Hull Kingston Rovers.

On this episode, our focus turns to the Challenge Cup Third Round, as the Robins prepare to take on community club Lock Lane. We’re joined by Lock Lane Head Coach, who drops in to give us his thoughts ahead of the big tie and what the game means for his side.

We’ve got all the latest squad news ahead of the weekend, and we’re also asking the big question… does anyone actually know the rules? With just 14 days to go until the World Club Challenge, Willie Peters has admitted he’s not entirely sure which set of rules the game will be played under – so we’ll try and make sense of it all.

As always, it’s Question Time, where we answer your questions, and I’m delighted to say Graham Turner joins me for the first time in 2026, giving his opinions on all things Hull KR.
