Joining us at Audible Studios is Louise Doughty, an English fiction and non-fiction writer, a playwright and a journalist. Doughty studied for an MA in Creative Writing. As her writing for newspapers and radio began to garner more attention, she wrote and released her first novel, and hasn't stopped since then. One of her novels, Apple Tree Yard, was adapted into a BBC series under the same name.

On the eve of his debut on the Strictly Come Dancing dancefloor, Ed Balls joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to discuss his autobiography, the experience of recording an audiobook, and his hopes for taking home the coveted Strictly trophy. Audible exclusive.

She has starred in short films to this end, launched a podcast titled Chickpeeps with the aim of educating others on being a vegan, and founded a cruelty-free cosmetics brand, Kinder Box.

Award-winning author of A Secret Garden and A Summer at Sea Katie Fforde talks to us about her new and highly anticipated audiobook, A Country Escape. A self-confessed addict of romantic fiction, Katie discusses her influences, research strategies and top tips for writing a truly gripping love story, including how to create the perfect protagonist.

Joining us at Audible Studios is British racing driver Jenson Button, who won the 2009 Formula 1 World Championship. Button began racing at the age of eight, when his dad bought him his first kart, and he entered Formula 1 in 2000. As with the career of any F1 driver, there are ups and downs due to car issues and failures, but Button was on his way up. In 2009, Button won the Formula 1 World Championship, and at every race along the way, his father was there cheering him on.

Emma Beddington joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to discuss her latest book, We'll Always Have Paris.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss her new book, Hot Flush: Music, Motherhood and the Menopause, is singer and TV presenter Michelle Heaton. After undergoing an elective double mastectomy and hysterectomy, Michelle offers a refreshingly honest memoir of her experiences with early menopause in her book Hot Flush.

Glover worked her way through the ranks of BBC Radio, starting as a filing clerk, and becoming the presenter of The Listening Project for BBC Radio 4 and My Perfect Country for the BBC World Service, besides many other award-winning projects. Garvey spent a lot of her career on BBC Radio 5 Live, being the first voice heard on the station when it launched at 5am in 1994. She presented some of its main shows such as Midday and Drive, going on to host BBC Radio 4's prestigious Women's Hour.

Miller played the lead role in Death in Paradise before leaving to spend more time with his family. Beyond television, Miller has acted in films such as Johnny English (2003) and its sequel, Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism (2014), and on stage in The Ladykillers (2011) and The Duck House. His directorial debut was the film Huge. We'll be chatting to Ben Miller about his book The Boy Who Made the World Disappear, his partnership with Alexander Armstrong and what he would put into a black hole.

Fiona Barton, once a senior journalist for national newspapers, achieved great success in 2016 with her debut psychological thriller The Widow. Fiona visits the Audible Studios for the second time to tell us about her latest novel The Child, narrated by Clare Corbett, Adjoa Andoh, Finty Williams and Fenella Woolgar, in which the journalist Kate Waters is back to investigate the truth behind another compelling mystery.

An avid transparency campaigner named by Powerlist as the ‘UK’s most influential black person’, Gina came to prominence when she successfully challenged the UK government’s authority to trigger Article 50 - the formal notice to leave the EU - without parliamentary approval. Her memoir, Rise, was published in August 2018. Gina Miller talks to us about what her greatest strengths and weaknesses are, how she felt when Article 50 went for parliamentary approval and how we can create more unity in post-Brexit Britain.

Val McDermid published her first novel in 1987 and in 2016 celebrated the publication of her 30th novel, the latest in the Inspector Karen Pirie series, Out of Bounds. She joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to talk about her illustrious career.

Joining us in the Audible Studios is former England and Fiji sevens coach Ben Ryan to discuss his latest book, Sevens Heaven. Ben Ryan is best known for coaching the Fiji sevens team to two Sevens World Series titles and a gold medal in sevens rugby at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Guiding the Fiji sevens team to historic achievements and setting the highest ever record of tournament titles won by a sevens coach, Ryan is arguable the most successful men’s rugby coach in the world. His latest book, Sevens Heaven, was published in May 2018.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss her 13th installment of the hugely successful Tom Gates series, Epic Adventure (Kind Of), is British publishing sensation Liz Pichon. With her illustrations recognised across the world, Liz Pichon has become a national treasure with her infamous Tom Gates series for children aged 8+. With a Roald Dahl Funny Prize under her belt, alongside numerous other awards, Pichon has become recognised for her signature doodling and comedic realism, selling two million copies of her series in the UK alone.

G X Todd is currently working on a postapocalyptic series called The Voices, and she joins Elise Italiaander in the Audible Studios to talk about the first of those, Defender.

Internationally recognised as a leading authority on print and digital publishing, Farrah Storr has taken magazines such as Women’s Health and Cosmopolitan to new heights under her leadership and has been the editor in chief of Cosmopolitan since 2015. Her debut title, The Discomfort Zone: How to Get What You Want by Living Fearlessly, was published in September 2018.

Bill Hayes visits the Audible Studios to talk about his latest book, Insomniac City: New York, Oliver, and Me, a gripping, heart-wrenching tale of his love for Oliver Sacks, life in New York City and the fascinating people he meets on his way.
