Having survived a dangerous mission to Jersey, a shady government official asks Carter to risk his life again. A new type of encryption machine is located in France and only Carter and his men can get to it.... Carter takes on the mission knowing he may die.

In the midst of a world torn by war, one man's courage will be tested. When a miscalculated explosion leaves Carter unconscious, he awakens in hostile territory, isolated and hunted.
