This is a wonderful book and project, and it provides a great framework for those who are looking to take their craft to the next level. I have often talked about the many components that go into a journal, and now they are all collected in detail for you to digest. Why you should use a trading journal. Step by step instructions for you to identify trade setups, how to know when those ideas will fail, guidelines for managing your emotions and good trader habits to survive and thrive as a trader.

When you or someone you love is diagnosed with cancer it feels like your whole world is falling apart. Not knowing what will happen next is terrifying, and that is the main reason I wrote this book, hoping that my experience could help others. The first title of this book was, “My body is weak but my mind is strong”, starting out as a story about my personal battle with cancer, and that was the mantra I used to hype myself up before my final chemotherapy session.

My career and brand have been built on “helping new traders avoid my old mistakes”, and this book is a natural extension of those efforts. I have personally made every single mistake mentioned in this book multiple times, and therefore can speak from the heart, which I hope makes each lesson a little bit easier to learn.
