Teenage witch, Sylvia Pyke, is clever but cruel. Tasked at school with caring for the precious Dragon Kitten, she plans to sell it. She is disgraced after being discovered, and the kitten is lost. Years pass. Sylvia, now out of school and kitten trafficking to make money, is out to find the now Dragon Cat. She wants to harness its powers and wreak revenge on those who punished her, but Gorgeous, one of her stolen kittens, has teamed up with Sylvia’s spell cat, Malkin and her broom Rapid Recovery to foil her plans. However, dark forces are out there, and they are dangerous.
