We have thoughts that run through our minds all day long. Many people pay little to no intention at the conversations they have with themselves. Do you know the reality of your day is determined by how you think? If you’re saying Matthew come on that is ridiculous my thoughts have nothing to do with what happens to me. No you are right they have everything to do with how things happen either to you or for you. Life will happen either to us of for us based on the perception we decide to take.

We have so many moments in life and each and every one of them involves a choice. A decision that ignites a pathway for an experience. These moments can be small and other times big in terms of the direction our lives take. At the core of the choice are two competing forces logic and emotion. When in perfect balance I believe we make the best choices but seldom does that happen for most because unless you have power over them they will have power over you. The path forward all comes down to the perspective in which we see things.
