The Impact of “AI” on Mental Health Sinopse

In a world driven by algorithms and machines, how is your mind holding up?

"The Impact of AI on Mental Health: Navigating the Digital Age for Teens, Adults, and Seniors" is a groundbreaking guide that tackles the urgent intersection of artificial intelligence and mental wellbeing.

I am not a licensed therapist or clinical psychologist. I make that clear from the start.

So why am I writing this book?

Because I’ve lived a life at the intersection of leadership, innovation, spiritual formation, and family. I’m a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as a U.S. Army Ranger Captain. I led teams under high-stress conditions and trained men for war. Then, I spent decades in corporate America with Procter & Gamble, and where I launched over 200 products with my consulting company and studied consumer psychology up close.

Later, I founded three startups—one of which, Parents Protecting Children, is focused on helping families navigate online threats and digital dangers. I’ve spent years speaking with parents, students, and professionals who are all trying to figure out how to cope with the unprecedented mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges posed by today's AI-driven technology. I've authored over 20 books on how "AI" can dramatically enhance business.

I also serve as a Catholic Deacon, married for over 50 years, with four adult college-educated children and five beautiful grandchildren. I’ve watched every generation adapt—or struggle to adapt—to the rapidly changing digital world. I’ve seen teens harmed by social media addiction, adults consumed by burnout and productivity pressure, and seniors isolated by systems they don’t understand.
