Does life feel crazy? Have you wanted to scream and make everything stop, even for a moment? I can relate. Over the last ten years, my family's journey has crossed continents, navigated horrendous health challenges, walked through tragic loss, and survived natural disasters. I have found that the only place to find hope is daily hearing the voice of God. During these times, I journaled what I heard and have since come to realize these words are not just meant for me but are a great lifeline for those searching to find hope themselves.

Everyone will have their own methods of exerting control over other people. It will be dependent on the naturally powerful aspects they already have, along with the status that they hold in life. These tactics will become part of their personality and will be the way that they are naturally used to reacting to different situations. Remember to not let these signals cause paranoia. Doing something once does not mean they’re manipulative. Sometimes we might panic, and this could cause us to feel as though we need to do something quick to try and gain control over a situation.

It only takes about seven seconds for the look on their faces to determine someone's mood. Body language is considered louder than talking directly. Your ultimate aim in relationships should be to be able to communicate appropriately. If your partner doesn't understand how you feel, not expressing yourself rightly can cause a lot of problems. Human beings must be able to express reasoning, solutions, and conclusions in ways that the listener is interested in or otherwise have no meaning.

The listener is walked through how the environment impacts brain development to help appreciate why some people may be vulnerable to manipulation while others are good influencers.
